PATIENT REFERRAL PROGRAM:
Earn FREE Movie Passes or Other Gifts by Referring a New Patient* to Oviedo Vision Center
The highest compliment a patient can give is the referral of their friends, co-workers and acquaintances. We appreciate your referrals of new patients and will send you a “Thank You” gift each time you do so. For every new patient* you refer to our office, we will send you a movie pass for Regal Cinemas.
Throughout the year we may have other gifts available to thank you, so be sure to keep a referral card handy. You may continue to be confident in the professional eye care and superior eye wear available at Oviedo Vision Center.
In order to receive your “Thank You” gift, your referred patient must fill out your name in the appropriate section of their new patient form, or you can fill out a patient referral card and have them bring it in on their first appointment.
